FAQ
Will our data be used to train public models?
No. In private or on-prem deployments your data stays in your infrastructure and is not sent to third parties for training. Where we use a commercial API, we choose enterprise terms with no training on data.
Do we need to buy expensive GPU hardware?
Not necessarily. Depending on model size and load, we can run on private cloud with on-demand GPUs or on your own hardware. We recommend the option with the lowest total cost for your needs.
How reliable are the answers?
With RAG, answers are grounded in your own documents and include source citations. We measure hallucination rate through evaluation and tune retrieval and prompts to keep it low.
