Do you support our ERP/CRM?
We work with the major platforms (SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot) as well as Greek solutions. If the system has an API or database access, we can integrate it.
Real-time or periodic sync?
It depends on the case. For critical data such as inventory we recommend real-time via webhooks, while for heavier volumes a scheduled batch is often more economical and reliable.
What happens if a sync fails?
The pipelines include retries and error handling, and failures alert the team. Reconciliation detects any discrepancies, so no record is lost silently.
